Help setting days on incubator

I set up my newly purchased egg incubator.
I've read the entire book, viewed the FAQs and watched all the videos I could find on this model and none of them show how to change the "hatching days" setting. By default it reads zero at set-up, however, any others I've seen start at day 21 and count down, not start at zero and count up.

There has to be something in the instructions on this because only chicks and a few other poultry are 21 days. Turkeys, geese, ducks, etc. are different.

I looked at your link and found a review that said this:

"The number of days of incubation, temperature, humidity, lighting, and even the brackets for placing eggs can be adjusted and placed according to the required size just like the storage racks in my warehouse."

Did you figure it out I just purchased same one and no matter how many times you hit setting button it doesn’t go to days.

I’m on day 28 of my current incubation (According to the incubator) which is odd as quail hatch day 16. I haven’t used it for a month but it still started on day 18 or something from last hatch and just keeps going up! Can’t figure out how to reset it either and as it doesn’t effect auto turning it isn’t a big deal, I wonder if it will hit day 99? Oh well! Sort of like an odometer I guess!
