HELP sever bumblefoot

Please help, I was about to do surgery until I found out how bad the scab is.. I don't know if I should still do it oe what i should do

Is she going to be ok? I don't want to jump to any conclusions but I don't want her to go through this painful surgery process if she's going to die..

It seems like the scab is curving into the foot.. I wasn't sure what to do, so I soaker her in an Epsom salt bath, but triple antibiotic on it, and wrapped it up(not too tightly).. I'm not sure what to do, I'm afraid to fut the scab out because it's so big. She's acting like she's fine, walking around ok and she's also laying regularly
What treatment should I give her, or is it too late?

Update: shes still laying normally, but I noticed her poop is turning runny, unlike yesterday. I soaked her in an Epsom salt bath again for 20 min, put triple antibiotic on it, and wrapped her up.. I know I have to get rid of the scab, but still not sure if I should cut into it because her whole bottom of her foot is curving in, instead of out...
