Help! Sick Hen!

I have a sick Hen and have checked her for all the usual possibilities. She's about a year old; a Barred Rock/Easter Egger mix; She's not egg bound; She's lethargic; She's not eating; She's wiping her beak on things frequently; Her crop is empty but not squishy; she doesn't have bad breath when I open her beak; she keeps pulling her head and neck in close to her body and closing her eyes; poop is runny but but didn't see her go, so not sure of color or texture; she is shaking her head frequently but not constantly. Any ideas?

Is she having discharge from her mouth? How long has she been this way? Not eating, is she drinking? When was the last time she laid?

Almost sound like she'd got a blockage & if her crop is "empty" she's lethargic cause she's not eating. Does she attempt to eat? What are you feeding her?

Poop would be runny if she's drinking & not eating ... Any possibility she got into poison? Bad feed?

I think you're right. My guess after all things considered was blockage, too. No to poison or feed. If it s a blockage what can I do? Anything?

She's mounting so she hasn't laid in awhile. No discharge from mouth.

No discharge from mouth. She's been this way for a couple of days.
