*HELP* Start incubation Chinese Painted Quails

I live in UK so I probably could do dry hatching?

I have never incubated quail myself, but I know that some of the major breeders here(in Denmark) don't use water in the incubator and advice others not to as well. As far as I know, our climate is very similar to the UK climate(you might get a bit more rain though), so I would think the advice can be applied to your case as well.
