Help! Stress or pests ??

Hello. New chicken owner here. Pictured is an 18 week old pullet. Just transitioned to new home/ environment Saturday. I have not seen her scratch or peck at area at all. Wondering if this could be stress? Or a molting? She’s a cross between a white rock and a Rhode Island Red

I think so. We did not see any thing. I’m new to this. I just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing

I wonder if her oil gland is not working properly. What is the protein percentage of the feed she is getting?

How does her preen gland look? I can't really see much in the photo. If it looks infected I'd clean it well and apply a warm compress.
