Help with breed and age!

Picked up these girls from the local animal shelter. There were 13 total and the males had much bigger combs and waddles so hoping these are all girls. Are these Cochin mix? They have feathered feet and a bunch of pin feathers coming in. No clue on age or breed! But SUPER sweet!!!

They look like bantam mottled cochins. Probably around 10-12 weeks in age. They all look like pullets.

They said an elderly person had them and was not able to take care of them. They showed me the paperwork from animal control and that was it. I was wondering as well. They will be adopted out fast.
