That’s good to know! I had thought it wasn’t doing anything so cold. No I don’t have anything like that. I think I’ll probably not ferment for the winter, but I’m glad I know that I could. Thanks!As long as it is in a liquid state I think it continues, though more slowly the colder it gets. Do you have a furnace for domestic heating? I stand my jars on that; it's insulated of course, and it's just the right temperature for a 24-hr ferment.
