Help with this littles ones legs

This little chick hatched 3 weeks ago. I have put bandaid to her legs together, i have put cardboard covered by tape for her curled toes, nothing has helped it . It seems to be worse. What can be done .. should I take her to the vet?

Have you supplemented B vitamins? When I had issues, aside from taping the legs, I added brewers yeast to the food (thanks to some advice I got on here) and electrolytes to water. I think it was a mix of the two methods that helped the chick get better. If you are already supplementing, I don't believe I have the knowledge to be of any more help.
