Bathing sick chickens can kill them. If you can take her to a vet that is the best thing to do.

We are not bathing just letting her sit and she seems to like it, thankyou.
She was in the egg box earlier could she be broody?

She might have a reproductive tract infection. Honestly, if a vet if an option, that's what you should do.

Okay, getting sick chickens wet can kill them.

There's puffed up sick and there's puffed up broody, the two are different. Can you post som epictures and a video of her?

This happened to my bird before
Does she feel like there is liquid in her or does it feel like air. If it's liquid then it probably blood and there's nothing that can be done ( that I know of) if it's air then it's caused by trama ( being stepped on)
For my hen we got a needle and basically poped it. When we did it
it was like a balloon she literally deflated.
We did that for 3 days and now she doing great.

Her abdomen does not seem to puffy right now it is her fluff that is puffy
