So, I’ve done the research, I’ve watched the videos, I’ve collected my eggs all week. I ran my incubator for 24 hours with extra thermometers/hygrometers to make sure all was working and where it should be. Added eggs today and it’s no longer matching. It’s been hours and my thermometers are saying 96/97 degrees and humidity lower than 45%. I’m freaking out because this isn’t what it was saying all day yesterday before I added eggs. My house is 70 degrees right now inside so it shouldn’t be having to work hard to keep temps up. I’ll add a photo of my incubator. What do I do to help before I’m in too far??

I'm not sure of the incubator but try insulating it with a couple of heavy bath towels. Be sure not to cover the vents up though.

Since you have other thermometers/hygrometers, try upping the temp a degree on it and see if that brings it up.

I can't find that incubator anywhere on the web to learn more about it.

My first inclination is that the temp sensor inside the 'bator is being greatly influenced by contact or covered from the eggs.

Having reliable thermometers would allow you to comfortably up the 'bator's temps until the secondary therms read the target.

I found this deal on ebay for inkbird brand thermometers and its such a deal I love to share it with everyone. Although that doesn't help your immediate situation. https://www.ebay.com/itm/144046800814

To calibrate:

"It's fairly easy to calibrate with crushed ice: your thermometer should read 32 degrees in a mixture of crushed ice and a little water. If it reads, say, 30 degrees, then you can either adjust the thermometer until it is correct (if the style of the thermometer permits adjustment), or else you will at least know your thermometer reads 2 degrees too cool, so you can adjust your thinking---and your incubator---accordingly."

I can't find that specific incubator on the internet. Do you have a link.

Did you set the top on that back correctly? One time the humidity dropped on me like that the cover was not seated correctly, there was a crack open. Mine could keep up with temperature with that crack but not humidity.
