Can you get some pictures in better lighting? Maybe wrap her in a towel, open up the end where her butt is, and get a better picture in good light? Can't tell what's going on with what you've posted. Others could be picking her, or she could actually be bleeding internally for some reason. She's walking around, so my vote would be others picking at her for some reason, but that's purely a guess, better pictures are needed. So sorry you're dealing with this!!! And I'm really sorry you lost a hen.

Separate her immediately so the others don’t peck her
Is her vent bleeding or has she had a prolapse?

As mentioned, if you could manage to isolate her (in a dog cage or something similar) in the house, it will be easier to assess the situation and stop the flock for pecking at her, even if that is not the original cause of the bleeding.

Then find out where the bleeding is coming from. Is it a small cut? A “gaping wound”? Was she pecked? Or the blood coming from the vent itself or is it prolapsed? Try to take photos as well.

Sometimes what looks like a lot of blood may just be a tiny cut. Your first step is to keep calm and make sure your hen gets no further damage from her flock mates. Chickens will certainly harm each other at the sight of blood.

I’m so sorry about the loss of your other hen. The issues may be related or the other death may be a coincidence.

Tried my best to get a picture only managed to get one I’m going to wait for someone to get home so they can help me have a better look at it im currently looking for a crate or something to separate her from the others

Not really sure I’ve never had this happen im not sure if this happened to my other chicken that passed not sure if it’s because of prolapse but her vent was open and blood was coming from it

That is strange, was there a lump of flesh protruding from the vent?
A normal vent should sorta look like a coin slot, not swollen or protruding

I tried looking for cuts couldn’t take a good look I’m waiting for someone to help me and take pictures someone I know told me it could be egg bounding because I had mentioned one of my other chickens passed and her vent was open im guessing she couldn’t lay her eggs not sure because yesterday they both were perfectly fine
