I have no idea what happened we have one female runner duck injured severely. We ran out of paroxide. Please give us suggestions on how to care for our injured duck.

No clue on ducks but don't think it's much difference with any wound.
Initial cleaning with peroxide is good to remove debris but after that, it's best not to continue using as it will disrupt the formation of new tissue. I use Vetericyn for wounds, you can get it at a feed store, maybe a pet store or last resort Amazon ... Notice Vetericyn now has a variety of solutions. It's helps healing and soothes the wound.

Keep the area clean and hopefully keep the any other from picking on the wound. Need to figure out how it got hurt to prevent any further injury.

I was literally about to say the same thing. 👍

The swelling around the eye is considerable enough simply putting a topical ointment/spray may not be enough to penetrate some of the potential bacteria underneath the tissue. If she were mine, I would start her on antibiotics, as well as an anti-inflammatory to help combat some of the inflammation.
In addition with this, I would perform saline flushes on the eye and apply an ophthalmic ointment such as Terrmayicn once or twice a day.
If you are in the U.S, you can obtain antibiotics online such as Baytril, which can be found here: https://allbirdproducts.com/products/baytril-10#:~:text=What is Baytril used for,Infections and many many more.
(Dose, 0.05ml per pound, twice a day for five days, orally)
For an anti-inflammatory, you can use aspirin if bleeding is not occurring.

(Dose, 5mg/kg once a day, orally)
Ophthalmic ointments such as this one can be used:

A gentle massage of the eye with a warm cloth damped with saline with help remove some of the crust, and foreign matter,
