Hen behavior close to hatch

Mine stopped feeding and drinking after day 17. She went as far as eating one of her unborn babies because she was starving but she absolutely didn't want to leave the nest (she had food and water a few inches away BTW). I had to give her water and food by hand at that point and she didn't eat any more eggs.

TWO! There are two little chicks in her nest. They look perfect.

Three eggs left. It’s been 24 hours since the first hatch so I’m looking at a staggered hatch here. When should I pull those eggs to candle for progress/viability?
