hen or roo?

Hello chicken friends! Is this little pal a Hen or a Roo? About 4-5 months old. No clue on breed. Can be a bit sassy over food and is very assertive so has me thinking roo.

Look for spur buds.
All chickens have spur buds, and even some hens grow spurs. I have a hen with spurs who lays almost every day.

At this age, I would expect to see a mess of saddle feathers and a much larger comb if this was a cockerel. Can you get a pic of the saddle area?
As for breed, looks like a mix.
