I got these at 2 days old. They are now 4 weeks. I was told they are both girls, but they look pretty different. I am trying to see if anyone can help identify he
n or rooster?

I guessed because the black one looked like it might be a mix between a Crested Cream Legbar (lays blue eggs) and possibly a Black Copper Marans (lays dark brown eggs). Do either have feathered feet? That would be a good indicator marans in the mix.Yes, they are olive eggers. How can you tell? I am new to chicks, I have always bought young pullets.

As for your barred one, I bet he's mixed with a Cuckoo Marans. I had an Olive Egger cockerel that looked very similar.
Cockerels will have a bigger, more pink comb compared to pullets.Yes, they are olive eggers. How can you tell the difference?
Yes, thank you.I'm sorry, were you asking how I could tell if they were Olive Eggers or how I could tell the gender?
The Barred one has a significant comb at only 4 weeks old. If it was a pullet, it would take a big longer to grow. The combs in females will typically stay pale until they are closer to laying eggs then they'll turn bright red. If the combs gets pink or red at this age, it indicates male.
