Hen shakes her head & walks backward

Sunny is 1-1/2 years old.
My wife has observed Sunny suddenly shake her head and then take a few backward steps.
We've seen our other hens shake their heads - but not walk backward.
Should this concern us?

What's her diet? She could be vitamin deficient.
Give her 400i.u vitamin E capsule and about a third of a B complex tablet every day for a few weeks, any brand from the grocery store. Just pull down on her wattle and pop it in the beak.

They do that to re-adjust the food content in there crop. Since they don't have hands to do it.

All the other hens have the same diet, and do not exhibit any behaviors like Sunny's.Well . . . she's got no wattle!

Different birds can need more vitamins but I'd wait to see how she is in the morning
