I have the same issue but my girl Ruth, a Colombian Wyandotte. She won’t leave the nest but will eat and drink when I brought her inside. She has pooped a greenish white loos one. When I put her down she doesn’t do the penguin walk. Yesterday I cleaned her vent area very well and put some ky jell on her. She stayed in my shower all day with food and water when I came home I saw that she ate and pooped. I put her back in the coop late in the afternoon. She ate and drank and then went right back to the nest where I found her this morning with still no egg laid. I have her in a warm Epson salt bath right now. When I put her on the ground this morning she pecked at grass and seemed normal but something is not right. The area under her vent seems extended. Very worried. Please help!
