Some of my Jersey Giants legs look like that. They are perfectly healthy for being 7 years old this Spring. It might be an age related thing like humans and their hair turning grey.

She’s only 3... and this happened quite quickly. Some of my Jersey Giants legs look like that. They are perfectly healthy for being 7 years old this Spring. It might be an age related thing like humans and their hair turning grey.
That could be.Maybe she has something growing inside (tumor) that is pushing on something and cutting the blood flow off to her legs?
I know. She doesn’t have worms, she doesn’t feel egg bound (plus they’ve tried treating her for egg bound and nothing happened)... I personally think she may have some sort of cancer, or fluid issue. She is very fatty...The leg color don't bother me so much.
It's the not walking/using the legs.
Something is just not right.
Oh..she could be laying internally.I know. She doesn’t have worms, she doesn’t feel egg bound (plus they’ve tried treating her for egg bound and nothing happened)... I personally think she may have some sort of cancer, or fluid issue. She is very fatty...
Thank you. I actually did get a chance last month to examine her, however she has gotten worse since then...From what you posted about her symptoms she could have a variety of problems. Get your hands on her and do a good physical exam-especially her butt. Clean all fecal matter from back there-wash her and blow dry her. She might possibly have egg peritonitis or some other reproductive problem. The change in leg color might be secondary to her condition or might have nothing at all to do with her illness.
Thank you! This was extremely useful! It sounds like this is what she has.Oh..she could be laying internally.

There is not way for me or anyone to diagnose her but I really hope I was able to point you in the right direction.Thank you! This was extremely useful! It sounds like this is what she has.
Thank you. This was all very helpful. I was very stumped as to what was going on. But this makes a lot of sense. There is not way for me or anyone to diagnose her but I really hope I was able to point you in the right direction.
I am sorry.
