I have 5 Rhode Island reds of 12 weeks old. I am not a chicken expert but i would like to know if I can see gender differences yet. They do not have combs or wattles yet. They all seem the same to me and don’t act very dominant or different from each other. I would appreciate if someone could tell me if there are any roosters or how I can tell the difference myself .

I don't see any obvious cockerels yet. There might be a late bloomer in there, so you could update in a few weeks

Large, bright red combs are a good sign for early-on detection, as the birds continue to mature you can move on to feathering. Pointy saddle and hackle feathers are the first to appear in my experience

Possbile two cockerals by looking at the tails. However, at this age, who knows? ;)

From what I'm seeing, I'd say you have all girls.

From the looks of it, they are going through their third, premature molt. Typically at this stage you see saddle feathers. I personally don't see any saddles, and I'm certainly no "expert", but I have grown up a lot of both, hens and rooster.

Post updates!
