What can you do about a family member over feeding there flock just to get them to lay more?? I know this is a stressor on chickens she feeds them 5-6 times a day

What are they feeding them that's a concern? It's normal to free feed layers, aka provide food the entirety of the day.

No it's not normal I've raised Chickens all my life and never ever fed them laying pellets or laying scratch but once a day!! And I if course give the worms, and salad mixes etc but you must be just as cold hearted as she is!!! That's very hard on a chicken.. just imagine if you had to pop out a baby every 5-10 minutes and then open your mouth and see how you feel!!?? I'm not cruel to animals or my own flock like some people
