Sleepy Time Banana Egg Smoothies
Ingredients
2 Bananas
4 Raw Eggs
2 Packets Of Chamomile / Sleepy Time Tea Leaves (opened bag)
Raspberry Green Tea Packet (for a 16 oz. water bottle) (optional)
1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (also optional)
And a tad bit of water *if needed*
Hope you all enjoy its quite creamy and tasty for a sweet bedtime treat also very healthy as well !!!!!!
