You can try sneaking the chick under mamma at night, in the morning check if they are together. Mamma will probably adopt the chick back.
Chicks generally don't eat much the first few days. I'd avoid feeding worms to it that young.
As long as she knows where food and water is, she'll feed herself.
I'd try sneaking her under Mamma at night first.

Good advice so far. The chick will be better off with siblings and mom. Worms from the yard are often secondary hosts for parasitic worms.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. I would avoid letting her have "earthworms," they can be carriers (if that's the right - word) of gapeworms, you really would NOT want them infecting your birds.
