Hmmm, pics inside - what's going on with this pullet?

I agree that is fowl pox. The foamy eye is a symptom of MG. MG is opportunistic, and fowl pox can be a set up for MG to show up. I agree with Wyorp Rock that I would flush the eye daily or twice a day with saline eye wash, and apply either Terramycin or Neosporin ointment into that eye twice daily. Fowl pox lasts around a month, and others may also get it. What have you used for the symptoms of possible MG in the past? If you notice any respiratory symptoms, I would use some Tylosin or Denagard antibiotic, which treats MG. MG is a chronic lifelong disease that is common in some backyard flocks and in wild birds. It would be good to close your flock to any birds leaving your flock for the life of all birds.

Thanks yes I'm aware of all of that about Mycoplasma. They have *zero* respiratory symptoms.

Gonna just let it all run its course. They will either survive, or not. *shrug*

Been reading and reading and reading. Fowl Pox *and* Mycoplasmas are about as common as you can possibly get. It's almost impossible NOT to get infected.
