She’s a frizzle?! I had no idea! How fun!!! 🤩
Not necessarily the frizzle “breed” - Im actually not sure if frizzle is a breed. Or if hatcheries sometimes just call it that. But she does have frizzled feathers which is a gene that causes the feathers to curl back! They are adorable birds, and any breed can have the frizzle gene bred in. I’ll post pics of a couple of my frizzles for you to see! The first two are only 8 weeks and the others are about 8 months old.

That is so fascinating! I didn’t know that! I had assumed it was a separate breed, but it’s a gene - how cool! Thank you!
