How did you come up with your screen name?

My screen name Harleydar is because I LOVE harleys, and have my own Dyna Low rider, and my real name is Darlene...or Dar for short.

I actually came up with my screen name from a jump rope game I used to play at school as a kid, "Chicken chicken China, sittin on a fence, tryin to make a dollar outta 55 cent. She missed, she missed, she missed like this!" That was the little song we sang. And when I got my chickens, I felt as much like their mom as I am a mom to my two legged kids.

My name really has nothing to do with China! Lol!

Mine is because I loved the book green eggs and ham so much as a kid and when I was about ten years old I found out you could actually get GREEN eggs! Ever since then I wanted chickens so I could have my own eggs and have chickens that lay green eggs. Well at twenty years old I finally got my chickens and I have some easter eggers in the bunch. I hope at least one of them lays green eggs but they are just chicks now so I have a while to wait.

Urban Dreamer. The "urban" part is because I live in the city and I "dream" of living on my very own farm someday. I am blessed that I can keep chickens and that I have my own veggie garden, but I want to have to make an effort to see the neighboors. That and I want a bigger garden and ALOT more chickens

Mine is me. I am "the mom" which got changed to "the mummis" which got changed to Da'mummis. I took out the hyphen.

It kinda stuck when my DH wrote me a Mother's Day poem titled The Day of Da'mummis aka Happy Mummis Day

Names morph in this house. My dog has about a dozen different names all from one. So does the cat now that I think about it.
