Sometimes when I'm crouching down minding my own business watching the chickens, my black Australorp named Phyllis likes scraping her beak on my back, it really hurts 
She does the same thing that @Tulipmasteer talked about their hen doing. She also likes running her beak through my hair and making this downward flicking motion with her beak, I think it's kinda like her preening me. My rooster and my hen Gert love jumping up onto my back.
