How does one use Denegard as an egg dip to prevent disease?

I was wondering if someone could share how to use Denegard as an egg dip prior to incubating as a disease preventative. Thank you
 
I personally don't use Denegard but I assume you can just dip it and wait for it to dry on a paper towel maybe? Anyone else?
