What do you all usually do with your duck eggs? Eating straight up? Baking?
I have like 13 dozen duck eggs already, so not sure what to do with them.

They are awesome for used in baking that is what I mainly use them for, My husband won't eat duck eggs [all in his head] the rest usually 7-8 doz go to feed others.

I have been using them in baking and I see a difference!
Feeding them back is a good idea, I did think of that.

Yes I feed them to my dogs and also give some to the soup kitchen here in our town. They sure make baked goods moist, don't they?
