How many duck eggs did you get today?

Someone made a poor life decision to use energy that they should be using to stay warm to lay this. I know it wasn’t Matilda, as her eggs are green. It could be from Mama or Remi (both over 6 and 1/2 years old) or one of the new girls. However, it doesn’t really look like a first egg, does it?

My Muscovy lay more rounded eggs.

Yeah, my Mama Muscovy has typically had more rounded eggs also, although hers are not as rounded as her sister’s were. I just had her on the list as she just finished up her molt and the egg was the right color! I haven’t seen an egg from Remi in many months, and her eggs had some issues when she was laying. Well, if this continues, I will get an answer! About half of my Rouens have layed green eggs, and the other half white. If it’s not one of them or Mama Muscovy, it could be Daisy!

Another one today in the same nest! It’s a good strong egg, and I’m not sure Remi is capable of making good strong eggs anymore. Maybe I can solve the mystery this weekend!
