1 yesterday, girls are molting and still shook up do to a hawk harassing them for a couple days.

Sorry to hear that. My older girls have also pretty well stopped, between moulting and age they are not laying, I am getting eggs now from my young pullets and hens only.

I am fine with this, they need the break. Replenish valuable nutrients and calcium.

The hens had their first real molt, they're not quite 2, I get it. The pullets appear to be ready to lay, but maybe the shorter days are preventing them?

They're all getting some extra protein, and have a self-serve dish of oyster shell flakes.

If they all wait until after the first of the year I'm going to have to buy eggs for the holidays..

I have 2 eggs so far this morning. 1 egg I can not eat because it is from my hen that was on implant birth control. It supposed to last around 4 months, but only 2 months into it, she started laying egg again.

Yep that’s the down side of having chooks. I have some youngsters whom I am sure will not lay until spring.
