5 eggs today, from Helmi, Brelly, Août, Juin and Marzo

12 eggs yesterday and Pudding, my silly dorkus Easter Egger who is follows me around like a puppy, laid one in my garage -- just in the corner, on the concrete. LOLOL

My morning routine is about 2 hours after sunrise I go out and let them out (on warmer days I clean the poop boards then, but colder days I just let them out and clean the boards later in the afternoon when its warmed up) and Pudding always follows me back to the house.

Yesterday she followed me all the way upstairs and would have come into my house but my cat was at the door -- my cat doesn't do anything other than look at the chickens. But Pudding was like WHOA whats that! and she stopped lol

When my husband and I went out later to clean and collect eggs, her egg (she's got her own distinctive color) was just there on the concrete -- unbroken! lol what a GOOF

So sweet your little hen Pudding. Cute name too!
Before I joined BYC, each morning I used to go online to look at chicken photos, weekend I spend more time looking at chicken photos.

Since I joined BYC, I stopped going online looking at chicken photos because I love all the chicken photos and stories I see and read on BYC.

2 eggs yesterday.

My biggest and troublesome hen, Apple, has started her molting journey! How I have waited for her to molt, and my neck got longer as I waited. It is finally here.

Apple has been with us over 2 years now, her eggs come one in a blue moon, she would screams for a few days before she poops an egg size of a kidney bean. Her feather seem like an old jacket that she has wearing for awhile now.

This morning, I found a bundle of her feather under her, Oh Joy! Oh Joy!

Got 4 but I seen half a shell laying on the floor of the coop. It might have been laid last night. I cleaned the bedding out and forgot to put in the fresh stuff so oh well it's my fault for that one.
