When you crack it, check to see if the inside is blue.

Her single comb is interesting. Most EEs have a pea comb, but they’re such mutts that there are lots of possibilities.

Yep, sounds like not an EE, although I understand that some can lay brown. You definitely have an interesting mix of breeds going on!

3 eggs today, from Juillet, Helmikuu and Marzo

Juillet decided to lay hers on the tiled area of the coop. She’s such a goofball! It was thin, and cracked when it landed. Luckily the membrane held firm, and I could cook it up for the girls to eat before bed.
