So far 3 eggs, 5 hens (still quite new to laying).

Sis said she got one Golden Comet egg today. I found a yolk in the nest box when I closed up the coop. Thought I’d lost one of the Banty hens. I found three on top of the coop instead of inside. The door blew shut and they’ve been weird about going in by themselves since I put a tarp over the top. Got those three in and couldn’t find Goldie. Shined my flashlight all around calling and kept hearing chirping, but couldn’t see anything. Little girl had gotten on the roof and underneath the tarp, where I couldn’t see her. Silly girl.

@Pony poor & Penny Jo 1960 thank you for the birthday wishes. I have only been getting 1-2 eggs a day. Penny got attacked by something and now she just sleeps in a tree alone. Darlin and Little One are both molting so no eggs from them. I'm still trying to get rid of whatever I woke up with on Christmas morning but no luck considering it seems like it's getting worse instead of better.

Found a cold Banty egg from Jade this morning. A little blood on the shell. Good thing I checked! The temp is 21, feels like 10. Can’t tell if it’s frozen, but it’s not cracked.

Custard is back to laying! But very randomly, like 1-2 a week. It seems like my other Easter Egger Pudding is slowing down as well.

The "Starlight Olive Eggers" I got from TSC are little machines. I feel bad because I hear this will shorten their lives and they have the MOST personality out of any of my girls.
