How many eggs each year will a peahen lay?

I have a total of 38 eggs from three hens so far, first egg was 5-1.

It depends on if you take the eggs away or not. They lay more if you take the eggs away and if you don't they will make a nest and sit on around six eggs. They only lay during the breeding season which is Spring-Summer.
