How many nights a week do you eat chicken?

Just wondering how much chicken folks ate.

My dream would be to raise our own beef and pork as well so we had plenty of variety. But for now we're just starting with chicken (and ducks and geese in the spring)

On average 4 times a week. Like you I'd like to raise my own meat. We'll also be adding quail, duck, goose and goat meat next Spring.

I raised enough chickens o have one bird a week for a year.=52 Cooking one chicken usually gives us two full meals, soup, and about 6 sandwiches.

I eat chicken nearly every night, however I have never eaten one of my own!!!

I am a vegetarian, so none.

I have also noticed that my DH, who is not a vegetarian, does not order chicken anymore when we go out. It looks too much like the ones at home that have names.

We eat chicken almost every night in the week, and all of it is our own. Right now, we are negotiating trades of things like our chicken for venison, or beef and things of that nature.

We eat poultry about 3 times a week. All of it is our own.
