How should a newly hatched chick stand?

here is a picture of when it hatched the second I opened it's membrane. The third picture is the exact moment of when it hatched. It scared me so bad with it's eyes opened.

I didn't realize you had all those other eggs in there. Are they viable? Any new pippers?

I did have to take the egg turning tray out and manually turn them manually while the other eggs hatched, just an FYI.
