How soon after crop surgery can you feed?

I know you only feed a little bit of soft food, we did crop surgery 14 hours ago and I’m wondering when I can feed her.

Definitely, but when can I feed her the soft foods? I waited overnight to give her anything and gave her vitamin E and a little nutridrench this morning. I’m afraid of it like, leaking out of the incision- is that a concern?

You may feed soft boiled egg, applesauce, yogurt, strained baby food, etc. right away.
