How thin is too thin?

My polish are scrawny bony birds. I am always amazed by the size of the eggs that come out of the hens.

Most chickens aren't fully filled out until 2 years of age, yours is still a young bird. As long as he's acting fine, eating, drinking, and scratching, I wouldn't worry.

Well, I feel a little better knowing your polish are skinny too.
My three polish babies are wackaloons lol, so maybe polish are all a little high strung and skinny for it?

Polish are definitely nutty flighty birds. I trim the crests on mine which helps some, but they do often overreact to stuff.

It's a Cockerel/ Rooster so always feel thinner than a Pullet/Hen...
