I don't understand your question. What do you mean by breeder male? Do you mean the top of the pecking order? The best one out of those for what? Show/breed standard?
 
Sir I am new to this field. A friend of mine came and pointed out one of these polish and said this is a breeder. Maybe he meant its going to mate and breed with the female.
And probably he meant that the others were not yet old enough to breed! That’s what I have equated from what the local people say here!!!

I am going to take the liberty of saying what your friend meant was that the bird he/she was pointing out was more Polishlike in appearance than the other roos. Maybe he had a bigger crest, a better stance etc
 
you are seeking to determine quality in a White Crested Polish cock? One which is of such quality he is worthy of breeding the next generation.
