Hello, I hatched 2 silkies before New Year. Now they're 2 weeks old. My friend's sister asked me to look after a bantam egg while her whole family had book flight to go to Sydney until she come back. She tried hatch 2 eggs but 1 stop development. So the baby chick hatch and already 3 days old. I tried to introduce this one to my 2 weeks old. I saw many site including here said to make them see each other. So I used this way to introduce. Just wondering how long it take them to be okay with each other. I don't even know if my friend's sister want this ine back or not. She said she want to incubate 3 more eggs. She did want to ask us to look after this one longer. Ah she has 5 hens at her backyard.

Partition them, just to be safe. Watch them for a couple weeks, supervise any interactions.
How do I proper partition? Like use something clear to divide? When interaction still need something divide? One of my silkie (smallest one) still want to come to peck on this one.

Well looks like you already have them separated. But until they're big enough to stand on their own, run away or defend themselves I would continue to keep them separated, but within sight of each other. If you have a dog or baby gate you could use that.

Thank you for your recommendation 😊
