How to keep your chicken flock cool during summer

Hello, it’s been very hot lately and I’d like to share a few of my favorite ways to keep my chickens cool during this hot weather. My first suggestion would be full their water with ice cubes. Cold Watermelon is also a good one. Cold watermelon can boost their energy and keep them cooler. Frozen fruited and vegetables also help too. It can keep them entertained too. And my last suggestion is putting an AC in their chicken coop.

I personally wouldn’t go full blown AC in the coop, but I do often use box fans for them.

This is great! I've heard that mint in their water also helps.... dunno if that's true though
