Could anyone help me to stop my ducks from over preening? Their all messing up their beautiful feathers by preening them away🙁.

Yes they have access to water. They swim in the pond all day. Thanks for responding so quick! I will definately check them for mites.🙂

Sure, you can do a thorough external examination of the ducks, check primarily under the wings, and vent, but seldom do waterfowl come down with ectoparasites. Waterfowl go through two molts a year, one in the early spring, and another in early/late summer. I'm assuming they are molting.
