How would I know if my incubator is lying about the temp and humidity without a thermometer available?

I want to make sure that my button quail has the perfect chance of hatching within the incubator but I am paranoid that the incubator is lying. Does anyone know how to find out without a thermometer available?

Hmm, nope don't think there's any other way
