Mom keeps going out in the rain and wind to smoke (had to retract the awning to protect it), so she hunches with her umbrella in front to protect the cigarette...

Well I had a picture pop into my head of Jim Cantore with the palm trees bowing over behind him and the rain lashing sideways, and he's trying to light a cigarette.
I started laughing so so hard!
When Mom made me explain why, she got really mad at me.

I'm in Ocala, about an hour north of Tampa, so we're getting Tropical Storm conditions rather than Hurricane strength.
