Actually, looking at these pics on my PC now (instead of my phone as I did before) it's possible the middle pic of the hen's left foot may have a scab but it's really hard to tell with the blur. There is no harm in trying a soak to clean up the foot and seeing if anything lifts free; the scab can sometimes be tiny when caught early.
Just don't try to pull an actual scale free. Sometimes foot irritation that isn't actually a bumble can make the scales on the foot pad develop a flat shape to them which looks like it may be starting in the hen's other foot.
