I am in trouble how can I stop my chickens from eating their own eggs, 1 am losing an average of 3 eggs a day that's about 27 eggs a week .

I would switch to a feed with 20% protein, cut out all treats for now, and provide crushed oyster shell on the side if you don't already. Aside from that, placing curtains in front of your nest box can help as does switching to a rollaway nest box

I would also check if any of your girls are perhaps laying soft shelled eggs as if a soft shelled egg breaks the birds will eat it

If I have a new layer that does an overnight broken egg or situation like that, they will of course eat it. But it ends there, they never just go after their own eggs. So take the existing advice, make sure they get more protein and calcium source. Collect eggs frequently. How big is the coop/run? Do they get any free range time? You can read up on some of the out of box ideas like mustard in eggs, etc. but that's after making sure all conditions are good and needs and needs are met.

Definitely get some ceramic or wooden eggs to put in the nesting boxes, they will eventually give up if it doesn’t break.
It's really funny, I've tried the wooden eggs , but they keep picking on the real eggs and breaking and eating it. I tried the wooden eggs for about
3 weeks. before I removed them because I felt they figured the trick out.
