I’m free ranging my 6 hens and bought this to keep them off of part the grass. I’m tired of constantly picking up poop. Do you see the problem? I wish I took a video of them hopping right through the netting after I put the whole thing up! I’m new at this and thought I’d save a few $. So I’m back on the Premier One website. I have no intention of electrifying the net. I just want to fence off a section for humans! Yes I know the eBay listing says sheep, but it top posted in all of my searches for chicken net and I bought it. If anyone has used non electrified netting or something else that’s moveable for pasturing let me know. This was 164 feet gave them lots of the yard. 82 feet would give them just a small part. I’m in the suburbs.

If all you looking to do is keep the gals from certain areas, inexpensive deer netting from home Depot or lowes would be my choice.

x2 on deer netting. I think the stuff I’ve bought before is 7.5ft tall made by Tenax, has 2” square holes, wasn’t that cheap but lasts a long time. My girls would likely be jumping quite easily over anything shorter and pooping wherever they choose. I have two that seem to be able to jump straight up to like 7-8ft with ease
