I don’t even know anymore

Help this chicken has been sick for a while now and I’m very lost with what to do it makes me so sad I can’t help her.. she originally stopped walking I brought her in, found fleas, treated her, nothing changed, soaked her, then a large lump appeared so I thought omg egg bound, no improvement at all this was last week. Lump is hard to see because she’s super boney. Now she’s developed respiratory problems, she’s gurgling and even screaming in between some of the gurgles, I’m so heartbroken I might put her down tonight because what I thought I could fix I don’t think I can and the screaming part is making me think this is terrible pain on her.. the confusion is coming from she’s regaining some leg control and still will eat and drink fine… right now I’m sitting with her as she eats and she’ll stop, gurgle for a second and then scream then return eating. Please help what should I do I’m devestated

Can I give her an antibiotic or steroid? Anything that I could do I really don’t want to put her down because she’s clearly a fighter

Can you give us some details such as has she been laying? Does she have fleas or lice or mites which are common in chickens? Where is the lump? Had she been laying eggs? Is her crop emptying overnight? What do you feed her?

No she hasn’t ever laid an egg so that’s why I didn’t even suspect egg bound at first, she HAD mites but there gone now I treated w EPSP, the lump was right next to her vent which made me think egg but with how bones she is now it either was and it broke inside her or it wasn’t and it was just bone protruding. Her crop does empty each night and she has been pooping somewhat normally, it’s green tho sometimes diarrhea. She normally ate all flock pellets but now she’s eating a chick feed because the crumble is better for her to get more in

It's possible she is in pain, I don't know what this could be but it sounds fast-acting. Based on your description, I would have her put down as soon as possible to put her out of her misery. A video would really help to be more certain though.

Sorry about the poop in the first pic I haven’t bathed her today because of the respiratory issues, I don’t want to make them worsen
