I have a 2 year old isa brown hen she has a dirty bum isn't producing as many eggs and is lethargic she is my favourite hen please help

If you have any pictures of her or her poop you can post them here. Has she molted recently? I would clean her vent with warm soapy water and dry her well so she doesn’t chill. Be careful if she seems too weak. Check her crop to feel if it is empty and flat, or if it fills like food in their, and firm or squishy? Is her lower belly under her vent enlarged? Will she eat some scrambled egg and a little wet chicken feed? Do you have any probiotics to give, or can you give a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt daily? She might have a reproductive disorder, or another problem that we could try and figure out.

that's what her poo currently looks like

I am sorry for your loss. Her last poop picture looked like almost pure water. Would you feel like doing a necropsy on her at home to see what her abdominal organs look like to try and know what happened? I have found results on mine that were helpful, although we can’t always find a cause. Your state vet lab can do a more thorough one, but the body has to be kept cold, not frozen and taken in on Monday. Here is a video of a vet necropsy where the organs are labeled, and pictures can be taken of the major organs for opinions here.
