I'm sorry. This is an awful thing that has happened to your granddaughter's home and it is sad that the kitty lost its life, but I am thankful that your granddaughter and great-granddaughter weren't there! I pray that your grand daughter is out of the hospital soon and has the strength to rebuild her life.

Arsonists make me SO angry. I'm a volunteer firefighter and I see arson destroy people's homes and barn all the time and I just can't understand the lack of respect these people have for anyone. I hope that they can find whoever did this!

I'm praying for you and the whole family as you all cope with this situation.
